Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn footwear back into its original box and secure it inside a mailing bag to protect the leather and hardware during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
